Sulla honey comes from the flowering of the Sulla herb, a leguminous plant widely found in the western Mediterranean basin. It has a yellow-ochre colour and a light flavour. It can be enjoyed on its own, as a sweetener, or in a glass of warm milk or a cup of tea.

The Florapis company was established in 1979 and has since been dedicated to producing strictly Sicilian organic honey. The team consists of some of the finest Sicilian beekeepers, using the best equipment and breeding techniques passed down through generations. The production process involves four stages:
Breeding, closely linked to land care, essential for a good yield; followed by production and after the bees collect nectar from various blossoms, the honeycombs are taken from the hives and the honey is extracted cold from the combs; then the honey is filtered to remove impurities; finally, the honey is packaged and ready to be served at breakfast or paired with cold cuts and cheeses.
