With its sweet and surprising taste featuring many different notes, it can be used in coffee or milk, or drizzled over ice cream, fruit salads, and for making biscuits and cakes.

The Florapis company was founded in 1979 and has since been dedicated to producing strictly Sicilian organic honey. The team consists of some of the best Sicilian beekeepers, using the finest equipment and breeding techniques passed down through generations. The process involves four stages:
Beekeeping, closely linked to the care of the land, which is essential for a good yield; then production begins and after the foraging of various blooms, the honeycombs are taken from the hives and the honey is extracted cold from the combs; subsequently, the honey is filtered to remove impurities; finally, the honey is packaged and ready to be served at breakfast or paired with cured meats and cheeses.
