Honey with a very light or amber colour and a delicate, pleasant aroma, sourced from Sicilian orange groves, it can be used for omelettes, spring vegetable salads, inventive vinaigrettes, with raw and cooked fish, and stretched curd cheeses of various maturities.

The Florapis company was founded in 1979 and has since been dedicated to producing strictly Sicilian organic honey. The team consists of some of the best Sicilian beekeepers, using the finest equipment and breeding techniques passed down through generations. The process takes place in four stages:
Breeding, linked to the care of the land, essential for a good yield; then production begins and after the foraging of various blossoms, the honeycombs are taken from the hives and the honey is cold-extracted from the combs; subsequently, the honey is filtered to remove impurities; finally, the honey is packaged and ready to be served at breakfast or paired with cured meats and cheeses.
