Florapis Chestnut Blossom Honey

The Florapis company was established in 1979 and has since been dedicated to producing strictly Sicilian organic honey. The team consists of some of the finest Sicilian beekeepers, using the best equipment and breeding techniques passed down through generations.

The production process involves four stages:
Breeding, closely linked to land care, which is essential for a good yield; then the production phase begins and after the foraging of various blossoms, the honeycombs are taken from the hives and the honey is extracted cold from the combs; subsequently, the honey is filtered to remove impurities; finally, the honey is packaged and ready to be served at breakfast or paired with cured meats and cheeses.
