The Red Tuna Belly in olive oil tin by Adelfio (300 g) represents the most prized and tender cut of tuna, handcrafted according to the traditional tuna fishing methods of Marzamemi. Preserved in high-quality olive oil, the belly is ideal for starters, side dishes or gourmet first courses.
The Thunnus Thynnus lives in the Mediterranean Sea.

It is a species characterised by intensely pink flesh, good texture and a flavoursome taste.

Once caught, it is processed fresh at our facility, where the entire production cycle takes place, from piece selection to cleaning, from "boiling" cooking to packaging, fully respecting the ancient artisanal tradition.

Like the pig, every part of the tuna is used.
