Salemi Pina Bio is an agricultural company producing and processing organic food preserves: Sauces, Tomato Sauces, Bruschettas, and Pestos.
The founder’s venture began in the Sortino countryside, in the heart of the Iblei Mountains, aiming to promote the knowledge and consumption of typical Sicilian plant-based raw materials, giving primary importance to the health of the final consumers.
Over the years, besides successfully operating in the open-field cultivation of vegetables using organic methods, the family has applied their professional and organisational skills to processing these into organic food preserves.
The vegetable preserves are made with raw materials grown on the farm and processed according to traditional family recipes.
