Organic Prickly Pear Jam Mendolito

Deeply connected with nature and remaining untouched, the Mendolito Farm was born and endures as a fully organic and natural establishment.

Owned by our family for generations, this small yet remarkable piece of land offers the finest and most typical fruits of the area: the bitter orange, known for its endemic nature, along with its variants such as the blood orange with its intense flavour, the very sweet blond oranges, the mandarins and the lemons.
Our figs are exceptional, as are the fruits of the distinctive prickly pears and the ancient taste of quinces. All this fruit is freshly turned into jam and preserves on the same day, using exclusively cane sugar.

Finally, the extra virgin olive oil. Its intense flavours and colours testify to the authenticity of a product obtained through very strict processes by cold pressing the olives during milling.
