Organic Bitter Orange Marmalade Mendolito

Deeply connected with nature and remaining unspoiled, the Mendolito Farmhouse was born and endures as a fully organic and natural establishment.

Owned by our family for generations, this small yet remarkable patch of land offers the finest and most typical fruits of the area: the bitter orange, known for its endemic nature, along with its varieties such as the blood orange with its intense flavour, the very sweet blond oranges, the mandarins, and the lemons.
Our figs are outstanding, as are the fruits of the distinctive prickly pears and the ancient taste of quinces. All this fruit is freshly turned into marmalade and jam on the same day, using exclusively cane sugar.

Finally, the extra virgin olive oil. Its intense flavours and colours testify to the authenticity of a product obtained through very strict processes by cold pressing the olives during milling.
