Organic Sicilian Blood Orange Marmalade Mendolito

Deeply connected with nature and remaining unspoiled, the Mendolito Farmhouse was born and endures as a wholly organic and naturalistic enterprise.

Owned by our family for generations, this small yet remarkable patch of land offers the finest and most typical fruits of the area: the bitter orange, notable for its endemic nature, along with its variants such as the red sanguinello with its intense flavour, the very sweet blonde oranges, mandarins and lemons.
Our figs are outstanding, as are the fruits of the distinctive prickly pears and the ancient taste of quinces. All this fruit is transformed directly into very fresh marmalade and jam on the same day, using exclusively cane sugar.

Finally, the extra virgin olive oil. Its intense flavours and colours attest to the authenticity of a product obtained through very strict processes by cold pressing the olives during milling.
