The extra quince jam, a distinctive winter fruit with a pleasantly tart flavour, can be used to fill pastries, dried in a mould to prepare the delicious Quince Paste, or paired with cold cuts and cheese boards for an aperitif.

The Montelauro Company was founded in 2002 from the passion of its owners for cultivating various types of fruit trees on their lands located on the slopes of Mount Lauro, an extinct volcano.

With the gradual expansion of the orchards, mainly focused on the quince tree, a continuously growing workshop was established to produce jam following the traditional "grandmother's" recipe.
