Ragusano DOP Semi-aged Occhipinti

The products from the Occhipinti farm are all handcrafted and have always been found in the splendid farmhouses of the Iblei area: Iblean cow's milk ricotta, Ragusano DOP, provola cheeses, flavoured caciotte, mozzarella and dairy products in general.

For almost 25 years, organic farming methods have been applied regarding the feeding of the livestock (pastures, forage and cereals).

All products are made from freshly milked milk, with the addition of natural rennet. The quality of the milk is checked daily.

Note: if the weight is less than indicated, we will include complimentary items to compensate for the higher price paid or refund the excess amount paid.
