This rosé sparkling wine, made from 100% Nero d’Avola grapes, is inspired by Ad Aglea, the goddess of beauty and adornment. She is the youngest of the three Graces, minor deities who accompany Aphrodite, and lends her face to a sparkling wine with a full-bodied and balanced structure, featuring a fresh and fruity taste.

Feudo Ramaddini was born from the passion and deep love for their land shared by entrepreneurs Carlo Scollo and Francesco Ristuccia.

In the homeland of centuries-old vineyards and long-cultivated knowledge, within the walls of ancient wine presses, Feudo Ramaddini inherits the vast heritage of history and values from generations of farmers who learned the rites and secrets of the noble art of winemaking, and responsibly invests it in new productions worthy of tradition.

Since 2003, the dedication and consistency of the daily work in the vineyard and cellar by Carlo Scollo, Francesco Ristuccia, and their collaborators have enabled the production of a wine that tells the story of a land always connected to art, culture, and the ancient knowledge on which the winery’s activity is founded.

From the use of ancient vineyard cultivation techniques to the meticulous care of the viticulturists during the delicate phases of manual harvesting, crushing, and fermentation, Feudo Ramaddini produces with an eye to environmental preservation, employing natural cultivation methods free from pesticides and chemical fertilisers, and has been certified organic since the 2018 harvest.
