Organic Sicilian Pesto Salemi Pina

Salemi Pina Bio is a farm producing and processing organic food preserves: sauces, pasta sauces, bruschetta toppings, and pestos.
The founder’s venture began in the Sortino countryside, in the heart of the Iblei Mountains, aiming to promote awareness and consumption of typical Sicilian plant-based ingredients, prioritising the health of end consumers.
Over the years, alongside successful organic open-field vegetable cultivation, the family has applied their professional and organisational skills to processing these into organic food preserves.
The vegetable preserves are made using ingredients grown on the farm and prepared according to traditional family recipes.
