Salemi Pina Bio is an agricultural company producing and processing organic food preserves: sauces, condiments, bruschettas and pestos.
The founder’s venture began in the Sortino countryside, in the heart of the Iblei Mountains, aiming to promote awareness and consumption of typical Sicilian plant-based ingredients, prioritising consumer health.
Over the years, alongside successful organic open-field vegetable cultivation, the family has applied their professional and organisational skills to processing these into organic food preserves.
Their vegetable preserves are made using ingredients grown on their farm and prepared according to traditional family recipes.
