Mosciame corresponds to the dried dorsal structure of the tuna, enriched with salt and black pepper. It has a delicate and unique flavour, literally enveloping, and a firm yet soft texture that offers a unique gastronomic experience, bringing the authentic taste of the Mediterranean straight to your home.
Mosciame is a product with an intense and refined taste, featuring a strong flavour that recalls the notes of the sea. Every stage of production is carried out with great care to preserve the tuna's organoleptic qualities, ensuring a product free from preservatives or additives, perfect for those seeking genuineness and authenticity in flavours. A speciality of Sicilian maritime tradition, it is made from dried bluefin tuna fillet according to the ancient artisanal techniques of the Marzamemi tuna fishery. This process involves salting the tuna fillet, followed by a natural drying phase carried out in well-ventilated premises to guarantee the best product quality.
Adelfio Tuna Bresaola is ideal to slice thinly and serve as a starter, accompanied by a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and a few drops of lemon. Perfect for a mixed seafood platter, it also works well as a garnish for fresh salads or to enrich gourmet bruschetta. Available in vacuum packaging to keep all the freshness and quality intact.
The company's history began back in 1931, when the young Gaetano Adelfio, arriving from Palermo to Marzamemi, decided to settle in this small fishing village.(modificale nel modulo Rassicurazioni cliente)
