The products from Occhipinti farm are all handcrafted and have always been found in the splendid farmhouses of the Iblei area: Iblean ricotta made from cow's milk, Ragusano PDO, provola cheeses, flavoured caciotte, mozzarellas and dairy products in general.

For nearly 25 years, organic farming methods have been applied regarding the feeding of the livestock (pastures, fodder and cereals).

All products are made from freshly milked milk, with the addition of natural rennet. The quality of the milk is checked daily.
