The name Navel comes from the presence of a twin fruit inside the peel, called the "Navel".
The season for Navel Oranges is: November, December and January.
The season for Valencia Oranges is: March, April, May and June.

Verdurazon has selected Sicilia Agrumi from Sortino (SR) and Agrumi Sud orientale from Amico Salvatore, whose lands lie between Pachino and Noto.
