Di Fede products are the evolution of an idea born at school desks. Today they are a small part of a big project that has just begun to bring out the best of the Pachino tomato land.

Dry Cherry Tomatoes, washed and seasoned on the spot with garlic, oil and fresh basil as a starter. But also perfect for first and second courses!

Capuliato in oil, for starters or for hunter-style meat dishes.

Datterino tomato velouté, to garnish gourmet sandwiches, bruschetta or focaccia.

U Strattu or tomato extract to add extra flavour to your sauces.
