Di Fede Mixed Ready Tomato

If you've visited La Casa del Pomodoro, our shop and bistro in Marzamemi, you'll know that our most popular first course is the Pachino Spaghetti. Since many of you have asked for it, we've found a way to deliver this ready-made sauce to everyone's home. Here is our mixed ready tomato, perfect for Pachino spaghetti and spaghetti with bottarga.

How to use it?

It's very simple! Place the mixed ready tomato in a pan. Warm the mixed sauce and, when the pasta is halfway cooked, toss everything together in the pan until the sauce and the tomato juices are well blended, then serve the pasta.

The portion is enough for two people if you are making Pachino spaghetti. If you are preparing spaghetti with bottarga, the sauce is sufficient for four people.
