The spices Aromi di Utra are grown and harvested in the homonymous district located in Monterosso Almo, on the border between the provinces of Ragusa and Siracusa in the Iblei Mountains.
Aromi di Utra originated from a project by Concetto Di Natale who, about 30 years ago, decided to enhance his lands by starting to cultivate oregano. Today, the Aromi di Utra selection ranges from oregano, rosemary, thyme to its jewel: the wild fennel flower.
