Salemi Pina Bio is a farm producing and processing organic agro-food preserves: sauces, tomato sauces, bruschettas, and pestos.
The founder's venture began in the Sortino countryside, in the heart of the Iblei Mountains, aiming to promote the knowledge and consumption of typical Sicilian plant-based raw materials, prioritising the health of final consumers.
Over the years, besides successfully cultivating open-field vegetables using organic methods, the family has applied their professional and organisational skills to processing these into organic agro-food preserves.
The vegetable preserves are made with raw materials grown on the farm and processed according to traditional family recipes.
