Salemi Pina Bio is an agricultural company producing and processing organic food preserves: sauces, tomato sauces, bruschettas, and pestos.
The founder’s venture began in the Sortino countryside, in the heart of the Iblei Mountains, aiming to promote awareness and consumption of typical Sicilian plant-based raw materials, placing primary importance on the health of the final consumers.
Over the years, alongside successful open-field organic vegetable cultivation, the family has applied their professional and organisational skills to processing these into organic food preserves.
The vegetable preserves are made with raw materials grown on the farm and processed according to traditional family recipes.
