Salemi Pina Bio is an agricultural company producing and processing organic food preserves: sauces, ragùs, bruschettas, and pestos.
The founder’s venture began in the Sortino countryside, in the heart of the Iblei Mountains, aiming to promote awareness and consumption of typical Sicilian plant-based ingredients, prioritising the health of end consumers.
Over the years, alongside successful open-field organic vegetable cultivation, the family has applied their professional and organisational skills to processing these into organic food preserves.
The vegetable preserves are made using home-grown ingredients and traditional family recipes.
