The founder’s venture began in the Sortino countryside, in the heart of the Iblei Mountains, aiming to promote the knowledge and consumption of typical Sicilian plant-based raw materials, prioritising the health of end consumers.
Over the years, alongside successful open-field organic vegetable cultivation, the family has applied their professional and organisational skills to processing these into organic agro-food preserves.
The vegetable preserves are made using raw materials grown on the farm and processed according to traditional family recipes.
