Why we like it?

“PATRONO” honours the flagship grape variety of our region: Nero d'Avola. This is the wine we nurture most carefully, as it remains in the cellar for a minimum of 3 years from harvest. It spends 1 year in stainless steel tanks, 1 year in 500L tonneaux, and at least 6-8 months in bottle. That is why our Patrono is designated as a RESERVE. A wine of great personality, complexity, and charm.
