Organic Blonde Orange Marmalade Mendolito

Deeply connected with nature and remaining unspoiled, the Mendolito Farmhouse was born and endures as a wholly organic and naturalistic reality.

Owned by our family for generations, this small yet remarkable patch of land offers the finest and most typical fruits of the area: the bitter orange, known for its endemic nature, along with its variants such as the red sanguinello with its intense flavour, the very sweet blonde oranges, mandarins, and lemons.
Our figs are outstanding, as are the fruits of the distinctive prickly pears and the ancient flavour of quince. All this fruit is freshly transformed into marmalade and jam on the same day, using exclusively cane sugar.

Finally, the extra virgin olive oil. Its intense flavours and colours attest to the authenticity of a product obtained through very strict processes by cold pressing the olives during milling.
